Chef Jose Mojica

Quimby Country is pleased to welcome Chef Jose Mojica to our 2017 staff, in the position of Assistant Chef. Born in NYC, Jose grew up in South Carolina, served in the Army for four years, and has a degree in culinary arts. He has cooked all over the world, most recently in Killington, VT. Jose is the proud father of a 16 year old son and 7 year old daughter, whom he hopes to come visit him at QC this summer. Welcome, Jose!
