2027 reservations at Quimby Country will open on March 1st 2026 on a first-come, first-served basis.  However, guests who participate in the Quimby Country Early Bird Plan can make reservations one month prior to the general public from February 1st – February 15th.  Our Early Bird policy and dates are outlined below. Quimby Country Early Bird Reservation Policy

• Each year guests can sign up to participate in the Quimby Country Early Bird Plan. This year guests will have until February  15, 2026 to sign up for the Early Bird Plan.
  • Participation will allow guests to make online reservations through a secure link, which they will receive via email once they fill out the Early Bird Application (below). Guests will have until the end of February, 2026 to fill out an Early Bird Application.
  • $50 per cottage will be added to the final invoice of Early Bird guests during our All-Inclusive High Season and $25 per cottage in our Shoulder Season. If a guest does not secure a reservation, there will be no charge for participating in the plan.
  • Future reservations can be made during a guest’s stay, however, please note space likely will be limited.
  • In 2027, all Early Bird proceeds will go toward cottage and building improvements at Quimby Country.
• A 40% deposit will not be required until a reservation is reviewed and an invoice is sent. Once the deposit is made, your reservation will be secured. Deposits can be made either by credit card or by check.

Quimby Country General Public Reservation Policy

• On March 1st, 2026, Quimby Country will open its online reservation system to the general public for its 2027 season. At that point, reservations will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis.
• Guests can make their reservation online or by calling 802-822-5533. Upon making a reservation, guests are required to make a 40% deposit to secure their cottage.
• We cannot guarantee a specific cottage will be available, but we will do our best to meet all of our guests’ requests. Quimby Country reserves the right to adjust reservations, but we will not make changes without first contacting the guest involved.
• Future reservations can be made during a guest’s stay, however, please note space could be limited by that time.
