Dine at Quimby Country
Are you looking for a new place in the Northeast Kingdom to have dinner? Quimby Country is offering dining and our traditional lobster bake on Great Averill Lake to the public and Quimby guest during a number of different weeks throughout our season. Check out the dates below. You can even join us for our weekly square dance in Nevin Brugger Hall on certain nights. Please call to make reservations. Our menu is a set family style menu and will rotate on a weekly basis.
