2010 Season Rates

SPRING/EARLY SUMMER RATES: May 15th to July 16th. $109 per night, double occupancy. $35 per night for each additional occupant.

SUMMER AMERICAN PLAN: July 17th to August 28th. Prices are per person per night, sit down breakfast and dinner, box or picnic lunch included. Children under three are free. Our rates include the use of all our facilities and activities, even beach towels!

Our rates include: Your own private cottage overlooking Forest Lake, with private bath, living room, and woodstove, plus rocking chairs on the porch. Complimentary use of our row boats on Forest Lake, Great Averill and Little Averill Lakes, rec hall and main lodge with fireplace and library. Daily housekeeping service.

Special Group Rates Spring and Fall Seasons Quimby’s is the perfect spot for private getaways, ecological adventures, birders, biologists, business seminars, family reunions, fishing parties or an intimate wedding—for groups of 15 to 70 people. We can offer meals for groups and can tailor them to fit any budget. Rooms and Meals subject to VT’s 9% Tax & Quimby’s gratuity. Call for details.
